- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆When going to the post office itself to send a package or do something in the office they have great customer service, friendly staff, and work efficiently. When looking at the Sulphur Springs USPS from the side of mail delivery it is below average. We have lived in several different states and I've never witnessed so much confusion nor have I ever received so many other people's mail. I've also received other people's packages and have had my own go missing. There needs to be more integrity on the delivery side.By Sara Hoffman, September 20, 2017
